What have they done?
If there is a prize for how many moving things you can have on one page then the website of our local cinema stands a very good chance of winning. Now, the website has always been a bit rubbish (and quite difficult to find even though you know it exists) but I was horrified to discover the latest redesign. Yuck! It actually makes me feel a bit sick if I stare at it for too long.

My eyes! My eyes! I’m no graphic designer, but even I can see that bright red is not a good colour for a page background… Someone obviously said “we want you to use the company brand colours”… I thought it might look better in IE7, and it is enhanced, now the photos in the background scroll too, I have motion sickness.
“We what you to use company colours… and CSS layers… yes… a bit of movement with CSS layers…”
