About Time for a New Year Resolution
Before it’s too late I thought I’d squeeze in a New Year Resolution. I’ve decided to ignore all the ‘big ones’ like needing to get to grips with Flash & Illustrator and have gone straight for what will sound like a really weedy one: No more coffee! (You can almost hear the cold sweat breaking out on my brow!)
I had my last mug of coffee today, so hopefully I will now no longer spend a good hour or two each night with a brain that refuses to shutdown and go into sleep mode. This is assuming that I will survive going cold turkey of course …

No more coffee *at all*? That sounds a bit harsh! I limit myself to two cups a day, both before lunch, and I don’t have any problems sleeping.
Back when I was a student I used to drink two litres of (cheap) coca cola before going to bed (I was going to put ‘coke’ but I thought that might paint a very different picture!). I used to have trouble sleeping then, which I somehow never attributed to my caffeine intake. A fact I can only assume was due to sleep deprivation…

It’s funny how long it takes for the penny to drop, isn’t it?
I don’t drink massive amounts of coffee, but I do tend to have it black and very strong. I’ll give it a go and if I to sleep better I’ll know who the culprit is!

So if you still aren’t sleeping, who else might be the culprit, eh?

*Looks shifty*
