The Cornishman (West Cornwall paper) reported teenagers jumping from Penzance pier into the wake left by passing ship’s propellers- those crazy guys…

Those hardcore Penzance teens always have to go one better!

Hmm… rather reminiscent of the Oxford students that jump off a 25 foot bridge into a shallow river every May Day usually resulting in multiple and sometimes very serious injuries. It would seem that you just can’t protect people from themselves.

I wonder… are you one of those bloggers who appreciates comments from random strangers?

  4. Mik Says:

Certainly do! It was one of the interesting things about setting up this blog - to see what people might think, etc.
In any case, leaving comments at least lets us know that a few people are having a browse!

I was reminded of the Oxford students as well, it was quite nasty again this year wasn’t it?
